Director of Production
We are searching for an experienced leader to oversee the Production Team. The ideal Director of Production candidate will have a minimum of five years in event production, corporate events, and leadership experience with familiarity with Audio Visual services and video production. We would like this role to have technical, logistical, bidding, staffing and AV knowledge with a full understanding of complex, B2B events incorporating live event management, digital and physical activations, and client management. The role will be the boots on the ground in Nashville, navigating and mentoring our experienced team of Producers, Production Coordinators, and Technical Coordinators. Managing the team and creating a positive work culture will also be a focus. Based on your knowledge, experience, expertise and skill set, you will be a respected manager of internal teams as well as a trusted advisor to client organizations.
If you have a passion for creating media then this is the internship for you. This fall you can get hands on experience and training working in our state-of-the-art Creative Department along side Go West's Talented Creative Team. We are looking for a part time intern that needs college credit in exchange for your time and talents. A huge plus is someone who is majoring in Film Production or GFX design. We would love to have our interns in the office 2-3 days a week for a min of 5 hours each day. You will be kept very busy and learn a lot. Come join us!
